Please, before shipping the item to us, make sure that your watch is safely bubble wrapped to avoid any damage in transit and don't forget to forward the tracking number to us via email!
We always recommend using DHL Express or FedEx for the shipment.
Once your watch is received, either by post or in person, we quickly inspect the condition and accuracy. Any work that needs to be carried out is calculated on a cost basis.

About the payment:
If the watch fits the pictures and information received, the payment is made immediately by bank transfer.
You can usually expect the funds to arrive within 24/48 hours on your account.
Proof of payment will always be provided upon request. All payments are subject to usual banking fraud checks and payments can take longer than usual at busy times of the day. We do not make cash payments.
